Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Bahrain Maritime and Mercantile International (BMMI) approved the board’s recommendation for fiscal year 2016.
The company will pay a cash dividend of 50% or 50 fils per share for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
During the fiscal year, profits fell by 6.64% to total BHD 9.42 million from BHD 10.09 million in FY15.
